Mario Box Perler by Libbyseay Mario Box Perler by Libbyseay
Well, I had seen a few boxes made, and I have always wanted to make one, but I wanted to add my personal touch!

So after about an hour of planning this is what I came up with. The "!" Green box from Super Mario World and little Mario on top! (:

PS. I got lazy and worried I would use all my green, so this box has no back or bottom :3

Wicked! ANot only 3D, which I have no idea how you do it, but also combined with a standing up character, again, in which I am clueless.
Bravo! ^_^

How did you make a box? did you have to hold them up as you ironed?

No actually, if you look close, i placed the perlers so that they would clip together, if you enlarge the photo it's alot easier to see (:

If you take a close look at the edges, you will see that each side has a few "extra" beads on its face. These interlock with the "missing" beads on the adjoining face. If ironed well, they pretty much just snap together. There are lots of examples of 3D perler bead projects on dA, google and my dA :)
